We stopped in here after dinner nearby since I'd heard they have gluten free desserts and we got a slice of gf chocolate cake & peanut butter cheesecake & a regular mousse cake to go. Plus some sorbet and gelato because... when I find gluten free I try as much as possible! :) The mint lime sorbet and pistachio gelato were both divine!!My daughter looooved the mousse cake, I looooved the cheesecake and the chocolate cake was good (but the cheesecake outdid it). I'll be back to try the coffee and hang out too, it seemed like a super chill place and the service was really friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options

The service is great, and I love the gelato. The new location is a bit small and crowded however--I confess, I miss their old spot next to the strip club, which was more spacious.

Went there tonight with my family, asked for 1 class of water for my children to share because they can not drink coffee They said NO, we don’t give out tap water, you must buy our bottle water. I was bout to spend $60on cakes and coffees. I think, it’s by law that they can’t refuse a customer tap water especially a paying customer, but I will double check this with the City of Ottawa tomorrow. Please think twice about this place before you give your hard earn money to them.

No Wi-Fi, you're not allowed to use your laptop after 5pm, they will literally come to you to tell you to shut it down, the waiters come to you every 10 minutes to see if you're done. They have limited tables so they'd rather see you out of the shop once your coffee is cold. We were disgusted by the experience as we made a 30+$ order before we even sat down, only to be followed by the waiter asking us to close the laptop. The waiters themselves were kind and understanding, they were simply following orders. The cheesecake was okay but can lead to diabetes. I miss the old place. I won't be coming again.

Oh so bad ! I was enjoying their cheese cake until I was disappointed by their service . I’ve never seen such a bad service to clients in Canada . We are students and we were working in our laptops. Two of them told us that there is no laptops because they don’t want us to stay longer knowing that we ordered coffees and cheese cakes and we had meetings to join . At the same time , there is a man who was working on his laptop. That’s not fair . And they have been asking for the plates while we were eating as if they have been waiting for us to leave . Shame on you !! ?????
