Inconsistency and lack of urgency. Whether the food/drink you will be available is a lottery. Wanted to order that particular muffin? It might be there. Ordered a bagel, only for the guy at the back to say they don't have that kind? Typical. So if you go to this Tim Horton's, don't have your heart set on anything - you'll often have to adjust. The service is always quick here and the staff does their job well. The wait is never more than a minute, and there are always seats free. There is often a lack of selection at this Tim Hortons in comparison to nearby locations, however, so don't expect them to have some of the less popular items available. It's a good place to stop by and grab the classics, though.
