I've been here 3 times. Each time the staff was very friendly, the location was clean, and the orders were ready very fast. Everything tasted great, the way I remember fast food tasting as a kid.
First of all, if there was management there it was NOT obvious. The staff were roaming almost aimlessly. With one couple in front of us (who ended up leaving before ordering) we waited over 10 minutes. No acknowledgement from staff, no "be with you in a second". Silence.When someone did finally help us, he was told by a drive thru worker to "stop taking orders and help get food out". Which brings me to the next part of the review. I enjoy Wendy's nuggets but it's happened more than once at this location where I order a 6 piece nugget and receive 5. Not sure why this is a repetitive issue, if it's a lack of care from the staff, cutting costs ineffectively, or so busy/burnt out that they don't count or miscount, but even then—receiving what you ordered/paid for is the bare minimum and shouldn't be an issue even at peak hours, especially a basic order that isn't even customized for example like burger customizations...read full review
