“The shop is beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. I got a double shot espresso which hit the sweet spot with a scone on the side which was also really good. The cafe also has a boutique gift shop which sells some gorgeous locally-made items. Would really recommend stopping for a coffee if you're hitting the ski slopes in Pakenham.”

“I recently had the best Palak Paneer I've ever tasted at Biryani House Arnprior, along with the best garlic naan. I am fortunate to have access to excellent Indian, Pakistani and Nepalese restaurants in the DC area. Biryani House comes out on top. The lady who prepared and served the food was so lovely, too! If you like this type of food, do yourself a favor and stop in!”

“The flavours are so creative, and change every week. We've tried dozens and never had one we didn't love. Even the plain vanilla is the best vanilla I've ever had! All the other things they serve like cookies, and flavoured hot chocolate are delicious as well. In the warmer months, there's a cute backyard with picnic tables to sit while you eat. This is our favourite place to go as a family”

“This is a place I often come to decompress, enjoy a fog or two and watch the peeps go by in the window on the coveted green couch. The baristas are always friendly and the music is a cool mixed vibe from all genres. Their hot & cold bevies are always delicious and their baked treats mouth watering. Highly recommend OVC…just don’t take my spot on the couch 😂 Kidding…maybe lol!”

“All food should be wrapped in plastic or in sealed case as there have been flies several times I have been there. I love this place but the flies are gross and they were landing on muffins on top of case.”

“I was working in the area and couldn’t find anywhere to eat and found Mamma’s Place.

This is one of the best pizza slices I’ve had in a very long time. Even though it was an older single slice, it tasted phenomenal. The service is amazing, with your drink being accompanied by a glass with ice!

I will be coming here everytime I’m in the area and would recommend anyone who loves pizza to come and stop by to get a taste of Mamma’s Pizza!”
