“I appreciate this little bar as it is a cozy place to host a small gathering. I have enjoyed the food and the drinks made. The service is excellent. The owners are knowledgeable with their recommendations and always share their traveling stories or where they found the different types of wine or beer. Their presentation is always gorgeous and their drinks are fantastic.“
“The tonic bar has karaoke everyday, except they are closed Mondays. They have private rooms available to rent by the hour, for private karaoke, so if you have some money there is no need to wait in line. But there is no cover charge and no minimum for the slow line, so broke people can go sing too. I have been there twice on a weekday night, and it was not busy at all. I was able to sing several songs in a row, and then take turns with just one or two other people, which was great compared to most karaoke venues where you might have to sing once in a rotation of 12 or more people. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is more than adequate.Parking: There is a municipal parking lot nearby but on the days when I have visited there has been lots of parking available on the street. I was able to park right in front of the door on my two most recent visits.“
“Ordered large order for workplace. Very helpful and had everything ready to go and well marked. Had the smoked brisket quesadilla - delicious and so filling! Heads up during winter months, enter from street facing entrance. Lots of parking options around (free lot parking, paid street parking or very close to paid municipal parking garage. This business supports many local organizations - great spot to eat a hearty meal!“
“Had gone for an outting with friends/coworkers last night.. We were immediately greeted walking in and had joined our party that was already at a table. The server, Laura C., was outstanding with timing and making sure everyone was saught after and was helped.Laura had some of the most incredible memory of order-taking I've ever seen for an 8-person table; even when a wrong dish was brought out, she swiftly corrected and guided her coworker from across the dining area, making sure there was no issue.I had used Scene points to pay for a portion of our meal, which had ended up having technical issues. She promptly told me the steps that can be taken to correct the issue.. After talking to the Customer Service at Scene, we were able to able to finish up for the night.EVERY server needs to be like Laura.“

“Bartender is great, the waitress however subs non-premium alcohol for premium price > may not be her fault but definitely recommend going to the bar to get your drinks. Cheap pool tables, music is a bit dated> more so if you go before 9. Really nice smoking patio. Unattended glasses will be taken whether you're done or not. All and all a good night out. Would love if they would carry better rum.“
“there is one guard at social with beard is always being rude with everyone. Everytime he is not allowing one of the group to enter and creates trouble. Also talks very rudely. Something should be done. It’s done specially for Indian students.“

“I hate to give the Keg a five out of five review but they left me no choice. We had no reservation and they said it would be 30-40 minute wait for a table and sat us at the bar. After 10 minutes they had a table ready for us.Steaks were cooked to perfection with some veggies at the side (better than I remember). I like that they serve bread at the start, although the butter was garlic? flavour and not as nice as their regular butter. We were celebrating a birthday so they comped us a slice of cake, which is really nice gesture give the price of everything else. Probably my favourite part of the experience.My main complaint is that our water wasn’t filled quick enough. This was likely partly because we were sitting around the corner from where our server had all her tables so maybe they need to split who handles what tables better. Also their steak knives were dulllll and they weren’t real steak knives because they were non-serrated. A steak house should have serrated steak knives.“
