“This place is such a hidden gem! The food was delicious. Super friendly atmosphere and great service. Finally found a breakfast spot with excellent coffee! While the outside may appear more ' dated ' the food, staff and service more than impressed me. We will definitely be back!!“
“Had gone for an outting with friends/coworkers last night.. We were immediately greeted walking in and had joined our party that was already at a table. The server, Laura C., was outstanding with timing and making sure everyone was saught after and was helped.Laura had some of the most incredible memory of order-taking I've ever seen for an 8-person table; even when a wrong dish was brought out, she swiftly corrected and guided her coworker from across the dining area, making sure there was no issue.I had used Scene points to pay for a portion of our meal, which had ended up having technical issues. She promptly told me the steps that can be taken to correct the issue.. After talking to the Customer Service at Scene, we were able to able to finish up for the night.EVERY server needs to be like Laura.“
“My server Tamara was excellent as always. I've been coming to this location since 2008. I am a single diner and found that I used the wifi often. Well no more wifi. Evident that something has changed. 1 pack of crackers with the soup. One butter with the roll. I asked and was given extra but it used to be automatic. Next they will be taking away the salt and pepper and making you ask for that. This restaurant has the best long term staff of any Swiss chalet around. The staff is always fantastic. Either management has suddenly changed or the owner has decided to water down the soup and charge for everything extra. As a side note Eastsides has free wifi and has free bread and similar price in the end. If you want me to keep coming back don't take away the small things that make the dining experience pleasant.“
