“Had gone for an outting with friends/coworkers last night.. We were immediately greeted walking in and had joined our party that was already at a table. The server, Laura C., was outstanding with timing and making sure everyone was saught after and was helped.Laura had some of the most incredible memory of order-taking I've ever seen for an 8-person table; even when a wrong dish was brought out, she swiftly corrected and guided her coworker from across the dining area, making sure there was no issue.I had used Scene points to pay for a portion of our meal, which had ended up having technical issues. She promptly told me the steps that can be taken to correct the issue.. After talking to the Customer Service at Scene, we were able to able to finish up for the night.EVERY server needs to be like Laura.“
“So first walking in wide open concept with a lattice drop down with nice lighting, so atmosphere bang on!Service was awesome! Barista was quick, sociable, and humourous. Food took 16 mins even with dining room full. Just a burger weds for 13$ juicy burger with fresh garnish and crispy fries. Was spot on. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone. “Our place to go for excellent food. Becky is great. We used to go to the Golden Wheel where Becky was before opening up the Happy Palace. You won't find any better. I have always maintained you can tell a great Chinese restaurant by the amount of chicken in their chicken balls. Becky's are chicken in batter not batter with a taste of chicken.“
