Very poor experience recently, ordered ahead with app to pick up at drive thru. Staff did not seem to be able to find order and after verifying several times got sandwiches on wrong buns and incomplete toppings
It is inside the mall. Staff is friendly and efficient. Coffee was fine. They are busy as compared to other outlets in the food court which is not surprising. Over all good service.

This Tim Hortons was located inside the Lansdowne Mall in Peterborough. Very well maintained. They were stocked up with all kinds of savory and sweet items. The staff was very courteous. The service was as usual
