This Tim Hortons was located inside the Lansdowne Mall in Peterborough. Very well maintained. They were stocked up with all kinds of savory and sweet items. The staff was very courteous. The service was as usual

The one of the employees working here mostly on cash is very weird and rude I have been here for like 3 to 4 times and that employee is always there and not even a single time she has greeted me and when I greet her saying good evening she becomes so rude and directly ask "wht is ur order" which is so disrespectful for me and as front dest staff you should know how to treat and greet customers with love and she continuously makes weird expressions after serving .Just a request please make sure you teach your staff how to behave!

I grabbed a tea on my way out of the mall. I was travelling and when I took a sip there was cream in the tea instead of milk. Couldn’t go back as I was on the highway.

Incredibly rude staff. I asked for a cup of water and they said " We only give mediums take or leave" I said I'll pay for it still they were very rude and its not a one time experience. Everytime i walk in they are rude or talk back very badly. The staff needs to be taught about how to greet and serve politely

This morning I took the lid off my coffee and found a gooey looking floaty in it. I took it back up to the counter and the worker was extremely rude to me. I explained what happened and she said "what is it?" to which I replied "I'm not sure what it is" and then she said very loudly and abruptly and in a tone as if she was speaking to a child "no, I mean what is the coffee?!" Absolutely no excuse for this rudeness.
Ordered crispy chicken sandwich first cashier entered wrap instead of sandwich, i maker her correct then i said xtra mayo but still they put only mayo and no chipotle on sandwich , don’t deserve 1 star about customer service

I was ordering peach quencher and one of the employees had a simple question about the availability of the quencher at the time. However, the lady the cashier was asking to was incredibly rude to the cashier, raising her voice and generally being very unpleasant. The lady in question was a plus sized women whose name I believe was Penny, working this thursday at 12pm. Please have a discussion with the staff about treating each other right as I don't think I can support a restaurant that breeds hatred.

Very poor experience recently, ordered ahead with app to pick up at drive thru. Staff did not seem to be able to find order and after verifying several times got sandwiches on wrong buns and incomplete toppings
