“Today, I ventured into Natural Food with the intention of finding Progesterone Cream, Oil of Evening Primrose, and Arnica. The staff present was both welcoming and knowledgeable. Out of the three items on my list, I was able to secure two. Although I did notice that the prices leaned a bit towards the higher end. On the bright side, the store maintained a clean and well-organized environment. A noteworthy discovery was the availability of Vitamin B12 shots at this establishment.“

Intrigued by the idea of obtaining Wild Yam Cream, I ventured inside to make an inquiry. The staff proved to be remarkably affable and inviting. Although they diligently searched for the product at my request, it was unfortunately not in stock. Recognizing their commitment, I willingly shared my name and contact number. The staff generously offered to conduct a more extensive search and assured me they would follow up with a call. This willingness to go above and beyond left a strong impression on me and earned my gratitude. Noteworthy is the store's impeccable cleanliness and efficient organization.“

“THE best protein shake store I've ever been to. So far I've only tried 4 items and you really can't go wrong with any of them. It's the perfect consistency and really satisfies that sweet tooth craving while providing you some good macros.1. Cinnamon Toast CrunchThis has to be my favourite (so far). It has that nostalgic cereal milk taste. My first reaction is that it's basically a drinkable dessert. The added cereal gives you the best of both worlds with that soft and crunchy texture, or if you prefer, mix in the chunks and let it soak for a thicker consistency.2. Oreo DonutMoist!! One thing about protein desserts (pancakes/muffins/donuts) it's hard to make it moist while also being fairly nutritional. FBN managed to do both with this dessert.3. Strawberry Cheesecake ShakeThis is literally liquified strawberry cheesecake. Topped with whipped cream, it felt like I was having a cheesecake at cheesecake factory without the density of an actual cake. If you love a milkshake, this might be your next fave.4. Bischoff DonutCan't go wrong with the creaminess of a bischoff flavour. Please make this one into a drink as well!!.Other than the food, Vi and Amy are super welcoming and so knowledgeable about the items they serve. They are more than willing to answer my questions and very transparent about what is going into their products.“

“I've ordered almost every bowl off their menu in the past few weeks. All have been delicious, fresh, and filling! My favourite is the Buddha bowl, but all are great. Today I tried the chipotle cheddar bowl but swapped the brown rice for 1/2 mixed greens. Loved it! This location makes things much fresher than some of the locations I used to go to downtown Toronto. I'll be back weekly :)“
