“THE best protein shake store I've ever been to. So far I've only tried 4 items and you really can't go wrong with any of them. It's the perfect consistency and really satisfies that sweet tooth craving while providing you some good macros.1. Cinnamon Toast CrunchThis has to be my favourite (so far). It has that nostalgic cereal milk taste. My first reaction is that it's basically a drinkable dessert. The added cereal gives you the best of both worlds with that soft and crunchy texture, or if you prefer, mix in the chunks and let it soak for a thicker consistency.2. Oreo DonutMoist!! One thing about protein desserts (pancakes/muffins/donuts) it's hard to make it moist while also being fairly nutritional. FBN managed to do both with this dessert.3. Strawberry Cheesecake ShakeThis is literally liquified strawberry cheesecake. Topped with whipped cream, it felt like I was having a cheesecake at cheesecake factory without the density of an actual cake. If you love a milkshake, this might be your next fave.4. Bischoff DonutCan't go wrong with the creaminess of a bischoff flavour. Please make this one into a drink as well!!.Other than the food, Vi and Amy are super welcoming and so knowledgeable about the items they serve. “Never heard of this place till a saw their instagram ad! I came for an event they were hosting “paint n sip” which you don’t see too often with a drink shop ! So this experience was really unique for new customers to come out and try their drinks!We came a bit late to the paint event, but it was also so much fun with the instructor :) she was also very helpful and I loved how she promoted self-care!I ordered the strawberry cheese cake and my bf ordered the raptors frappe which came included in the price. Both were so good! Knowing that they were healthy as well and low in sugar and calories is such a big plus for those who are health conscious!!Definitely will be returning again to try more of your drinks without feeling guilty haha!Owners were also so welcoming and kind!!
