Super fresh and tasty Halal Afghani foods! Many different dishes, such as beef and chicken skewers, Kofta and etc.. Their Naan comes alongside each meal, and is very fresh and soft. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be back here again.
Best place in pickering if you are looking for afghani cuisine. Their lamb Shank and Kabuli pulao are my favourite! The staff is so friendly and so attentive, they have made me a regular customer of their.

We went to Helmand for iftar and we loved the food. It tasted fresh, delicious and served timely. The owner went above and beyond and gave us complementary dates and bolani to break our fast. The naans were super soft. The place is not expensive and the bill for all food was under $60.Helmand Kabob is definately serving the best Afghan food in Durham. Highly recommended!!!
