Update March 30/2024 - I called your Guest Customer Service like you suggested in your copy and paste response to every negative review and that solved nothing. They said you are a franchised restaurant so it is up to you to handle. So, I ask you how are you going to resolve this?I ordered 2 omelette bites and was given what looked like 2 toasted marshmallows. In fact, they knew these should never have left the kitchen because they conveniently put both in the box upside down because the bottoms were not as burnt as the tops. Then when I asked for a refund they refused. Avoid this location at all costs. Not only do they intentionally give you inedible food they are rude when you request a refund. Just a bad experience in every way.

Very slow service plus the scanner has been down for 4 days so no points or roll up….an staff says fix is unknown

STAY AWAY. Unfortunately this is a location closest to my house, and even everyone in my community has complained about this Tim Hortons location.Currently for the last week their scanner has not been working in the Drive-Thru. They finally put up a sign two days ago regarding this. So any purchase you make through the drive-thru you're not getting points for it or your roll up for your coffee. There's also no way of calling Tim Hortons to get the points or the roll upeven with a receipt. I get it technology fails so I was okay with this until this one bitter experience I had this morning.I ordered while I was waiting in line at the drive-thru with two cars ahead of me. Was able to place the order and have my four digit code ready to give at the drive-thru screen. After the two cars went which was like a few minutes I let them know of a drive-thru order, they're like when did you place it I don't see it. I let them know it was literally 2 mins ago and I have the code confirmation for this location. The guy told me to leave the drive thru and come back cuz it takes 10 minutes to show on their screen. Which I did...Tim Hortons why are you having an app that tells you on the application to proceed to the drive-thru give this number and you will receive your food and I'm receiving conflicting information from this one location. All other locations are fine when I do drive-thru orders with this one location the employees are like you have to wait 10 minutes for the order to show. And after going through the drive thru for a second time through the pile up of cars and STILL MY ORDER WAS NOT THERE.Tim Hortons do better, we have these apps for a reason. It's supposed to make it quick and convenient. How do you tell someone once they come to the drive thru with your order number and instructions on this app saying go "drive up to the ordering screen and let us know you ordered online". Fix your app, system and customer service.There's a reason a fairly new location like this has so much negative reviews that it's 2 stars out of 5 with over 400+ reviews. I can attest the food quality at this location is also garbage and the reviews with pictures speak to it.

I came here and asked for a small Boston cream and got a large Boston cream donut. I asked my boy bagboy and he literallly tolled me that they are bagging the wrong bag literalllly. So I literallly tolled him to almighty pish them with flaguim morale but we couldn't cuz jinga was inside ordering with his roster and Mo with his side chick. Does it look like I dont care¿ Thats it no more. NEVER COMING BACK. THATS SO JISS #It's not a shop, its a coffee shop!!! #promoted regulation

This Tim Hortons is one of the worst in service. Google says that they are open at 5am, however the staff always arrive late, and it is rarely open when they say they will be. I literally stood outside the door for 30 mins while the staff pretended I wasn’t there. They tried avoiding looking in my direction instead of unlocking the door for me so I could get a coffee before work. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again. The staff are completely lazy and uncaring of their customers.

"Tim Hortons: Double Trouble with Double Charges!"My recent experiences at Tim Hortons left my feelings not just dissatisfied but downright swindled. Imagine my shock when I discovered that I had been charged double for the same service that, in any other establishment, would have been considered daylight robbery.It all began innocently enough. I placed a simple order for a coffee, expecting to pay the standard, reasonable price. However, my joy quickly turned to disbelief when the cashier told me that the charge didn't go through and I needed to pay it again! He scanned my card again and instantly I saw two transactions on my card. Attempted to seek clarifications from the cashier but got some indifferent shrugs and a disinterested mumble about "system errors" and it will be fixed by itself.Now when I finally got my credit card bill, I can see that transaction got posted twice!!! It seems Tim Hortons has adopted the strategy of blaming unseen glitches for their unjustifiable pricing practices. It wasn't a mistake; it was a blatant overcharge.The staff displayed a remarkable disinterest in addressing my concerns or rectifying the situation. It's as if they were trained to deflect customer complaints rather than provide a solution. Buyers, please beware – Tim Hortons' pricing practices are a bitter brew that no amount of sugar or cream can sweeten. At a minimum, you can avoid the stores with these kinds of practices.

Offroad Adventures

This was my first visit to this location. Staff need training ASAP! My iced coffee had very little ice in it, meaning it was warm when served. I had ordered it with extra cane sugar while they've put NONE at all! The potato wedges were not hot and when I returned it, the staff (Mr Acchu) began to argue that the temperature is fine. I had to repeat my order twice at the window although it was a mobile order and the lady staff (didt get her name) asked me to pay although I had already paid online. This was a horrible interaction with these untrained staff. They need immediate training on food quality, how to read orders, how to check if payment is made before asking customers to double pay, and how to talk to customers instead of arguing with them. Not returning to this pathetic branch again for sure.Parking: No shortage of free parking

Waited 10minutes at the counter, was not approached by anyone. 6-8 workers working the drive thru, did not even acknowledge my presence. I decided to leave instead of making a fuss (did not order)won’t be stopping by here ever again, really poor customer service.
