Tim Hortons

I live in the neighbourhood and go here quite often for convenience but I’m starting to lose all faith and it’s enough to travel to Ajax or further south for another establishment. Out of maybe 15 trips here they’ve probably got my order wrong 10 times. Not a good ratio. Service 100% of the time is slower than any other tims. 2 drive through ordering lanes but the second is never opened. Only ever experienced a friendly server at the window once. Update March 30/2024 - I called your Guest Customer Service like you suggested in your copy and paste response to every negative review and that solved nothing. They said you are a franchised restaurant so it is up to you to handle. So, I ask you how are you going to resolve this?I ordered 2 omelette bites and was given what looked like 2 toasted marshmallows. STAY AWAY. Unfortunately this is a location closest to my house, and even everyone in my community has complained about this Tim Hortons location.Currently for the last week their scanner has not been working in the Drive-Thru. They finally put up a sign two days ago regarding this. So any purchase you make through the drive-thru you're not getting points for it or your roll up for your coffee.
