The staff is not trained properly on rewards program and roll it up. One of the employees didn’t even know how to properly scan the roll it up. I read later on app you’re suppose to scan the QR code first and then order. But she scanned it after and then she said someone else must or redeemed my “roll it up” prizes because it says “activated”. This employee just made up some random scenario instead of saying she doesn’t know how to do it. Anyways I fixed it on the app and figured it out and ordered at another time. I ended up ordering baileys toffee latte later on, which clearly said in the app it comes with whipped cream. Some women employee said she’s out of stock of the toffee so she’s just gonna give me the caramel latte which is much cheaper than the one I paid for which was $5 just for a latte. I told her it’s fine but it does come with whipped cream. Instead of offering to put whipped cream on top, she said no it doesn’t come with it when it clearly does. Poor customer service because I should’ve got the whipped cream because 1. It was listed in the app price I paid for 2. Should have done it anyways because gave me a cheaper drink. In the photo you can see there’s clearly (1) whipped topping already added in the drink. I usually don’t complain I come here everyday. For a drink that’s $5, I should get the whipped cream I paid for. Horrible customer service and employees who are simply just bad at the job. I know it can be hard following the app instructions because there’s a lot of different drinks but you have to give the customer what they paid for once they point it out because that’s what they’re paying for.

Worst customer service experience!! I have to wait for 10 minutes for my order. When I followed up they told me my order is coming..waited again and no order came. They are never sorry for what happened and just gave my money back.

the associates are not well trained with customer services and the supervisor is not helpful at all . instead of solving the problem ...she ( supervisor ) was wasting the time as well.

Most of the time .. their associates made a mistake and after that they don’t even acknowledged it . And same type of mistakes they are marking again and again. Wrong order and wrong size .. instead of my latte .. they game me just black coffee and when I went again .. supervisor and associate both arguing with me for 1 dollar extra payment .. instead of making the coffee first

Came to this Tim Hortons for a quick drink and snack ... while some staff were rude and made inappropriate gestures because I took long to place my order...Darsh was an absolute breath of fresh air. His service was warm and welcoming. A smile never left his face the entire time. He made the most delicious candy cane hot chocolate...as a mocha at my special request and did so without hesitation or attitude. The rest of the staff on duty that day could take a page out of Darsh's customer service manual. He saved my opinion of this location and I will come back. Great service!

Berating staff about cleanliness ( over the 3 days she was gone ) in front of customers ( so they can hear you ) along with telling paying customers that " I don't like YOU " and that I didn't want YOU to serve me when in reality I've built a rapport with a couple staff members that I like to have serve me & say good morning to. Very immature & painfully sad coming from what appears to be a grown woman.Now I see why you didn't hire someone with more experience than you... lolSorry to hurt your feelies though !!!Have a nice day

The cashier serving me was very dirty! Touching her nose and wiping it is disgusting! You're not supposed to TOUCH YOUR FACE when you're working in a restaurant!! I was disgusted and threw my donut in the garbage!!!Never ever going back!!!

I was there to get a coffee it was a misunderstood they girl that was working their she was changing my coffee but the manager was super rude, not respectful not only with me but even with employees when I was talking the manager told me get out of my store and don’t come back I think they need to hire someone that has a education and professional
