I love New York fries poutine but this location used the tiniest amount of cheese and gravy I’ve ever seen, I honestly thought they were joking but then refused to add anymore and was very rude about it.

One of the most bland poutines I've ever had. Why is your gravy vegan? There's absolutely nothing special about the fries. Good luck having repeat customers

I recently tried the veggie fries at this establishment, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The fries were notably stale, lacking the desired crispy texture and leaving a stale aftertaste. The accompanying vegetables were also past their prime, adding to the overall letdown. The freshness and quality were far from satisfactory, warranting a zero-star rating.

I really enjoyed coming coming here. Not from Port Hope, but wish there was a a store like this in my town and not just at the Mall. Would go more often if there was!!

Just went in and ordered a large fry, bacon double cheeseburger, and a pulled pork hotdog.Went back and asked if the meat on the hotdogs was indeed pulled pork, because it appeared to be chili, with peppers in it. Very hot. Could barely tolerate it. They said it's pulled pork, sweet and spicy. I told them there was nothing sweet about it but it was very spicy and it looks more like chili! Then walked out after asking if they were sure once more that they gave me the right topping. Not sure I believe him as his hand hovered over two lids before picking the one he put on my hot dog.Fries are great, though toppings are skimpy.

I visited new york fries yesterday and the guy was working over there was very rude and non-professional.fries were seems like old and mushy I was traveling so couldn't go back and return my fries. Worst customer service, I will never come back to this location ever again.

The service was absolutely horrible. The woman who waited on us was talking to someone through her airpods while taking our order. She was very rude and unprofessional. Then as soon as we left she went and hid in the back… I won’t be coming back.
