I walked by this cafe for a lot of time. Finally I can try this cafe in 2023. The Aburi Sushi Quartet provides me a glimpse of their sushi types. All of them are grilled to the proper degree. I also ordered the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. The Oolong tea favour is very nice. Next time I will try the other bentos!
Got the Aburi Salmon Tsukushi Gold bento ($15). Honestly, it’s great quality and value for the price.The stir fried salmon is served on warm sushi rice, which I’m fond of, and while it wasn’t anything special, no fishiness and seasoned appropriately.They give you 3 types of Aburi salmon oshizushi to change up the flavours.
