I worked at mcdonalds before and i have not experienced this long for a sandwich and a drink. 30min for a simple combo. The manager works like a snail and is the most disorganized. I understand that its rush but the rushes I been through are 10 times worst and still wouldnt take 30min for a customer to get a sandwich and a drink. Never again

Worst McDonald I’ve ever been. Our team usually have a team huddle every week. Today we came again and while we are waiting for others to come the manager came to as and asked us to leave since we are not ordering food. He even mentioned that they kicked out “teenagers” if they don’t order. We were “pushed” to place the order before everyone comes. McDonald should be a cozy family place not something like this.

I noticed a big improvement over the last while. I really appreciate the polite service in the drive-thru. I was surprised by the kind greeting, please, and thank you. Having worked for mcdonald's decades ago, it great to see a return to the high service standard. While the dining room service needs work, and given other comments maybe double checking orders. It's been an impressive turnaround.
