Not bad. I come here to avoid the fight for parking and traffic at first Markham place.More space and less crowded. Food is average - could be a little better but good value for what you pay.Parking: Free parking!Kid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids to sit or run around.

This place is for Asian cheap eats. I was disappointed because I came for the high reviewed good food. The area of Markham has lots of good Asian food. If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, this is not the place. The Chinese flat noodle dish comes with supermarket noodles and not the authentic flat noodles. Singapore noodle was also not authentic. The noodle was hard and spice was just so so.

My family and I been regular customers since 2012. They've worked very hard physically and mentally. Good food at competitive price. Please nicely tip them as it's only a small family business! Support small Local.(Nobody told you to all come at rush hour time. If you can't wait can't be patient can't forgive can't be considerate with short-staffed small business, nobody beg you to come here)God BlessAmen

Update: The owners have changed in recent years and it is no longer the same chef cooking. My family and I tried some of their dishes recently and the flavours just aren't the same. Vegetables were off tasting and the pork chops were poorly cut. Real shame to lose a Richmond Hill staple. This is a genuine Richmond Hill gem for Chinese takeaway. Box lunches and dinner combos are both affordable and delicious. However the main challenge for nonchinese speakers is that the dinner combo or "wo choi" menu is only available in Chinese.

A well-established Canton-style takeout place close to Hwy-404 & Hwy-7.Decently long list of choices in their menu. Tasty and not feeling thirsty at night as some other food court places might cause. Reasonably priced with an okay quality. At the end of the day, it's a food court place. So, a properly adjusted expectation will make a happier day. Friendly owner. Pretty quick service. Very convenient. Recommended!

If you are going to come here, I definitely recommend calling ahead and picking up your order. The waiting is ridiculously long. Food still on point though.
