Today I went to Subway and got a sandwich, while I was eating my sandwich there was a insect in my sandwich bread, then I went to the cashier and showed his the insect, she spoke to me very rudely and she said that this is not an insect. I asked her to talk to the manager, the manager was an Iranian lady who was very rude and spoke to me in a very bad tone and told me never come back to this store again.Do you think this is an insect or Seed?

My friend and I went to Subway Hillcrest Mall today and my friend ate (there was mosquito bread inside) and when we showed it to the cashier, the cashier told that it was seed!!!!! The mosquito was with the wings and not only did he not apologize, but when we talked to the manager, who was an Iranian lady, she was very rude, she said, "Don't bother my employee, you don't have the right to speak here!" The old lady that works there is terrible. My first experience with her she was very slow to acknowledge me. She saw me but rather taking my order she rather stock chips, cookies and bread. Mind you there were 3 ppl in line waiting for her. Second time I placed an online orders prior so I didn’t have to wait for her to take my order like the last time, yet when I arrived 15-20min after my order was not even ready. when I showed her my receipt she then proceeded to make my order. Didn’t even apologize and of course again had to wait. What is the point of ordering 15-20min ahead if they aren’t even going to prepare it. Never coming to this location again.

I recently ordered to different rice wrap here, when I came to pick up they provided a wrap and a bowl. I told them this is not what I ordered and the manager said they would make a new one for me. After a few minutes I got the new one and I double checked with the manager if this is what I initially ordered, and the manager confidently said yes, with a very unkind attitude. However, when I got home I found out the new made one was a tuna sandwich. I don’t understand how the hell you can mistakenly made the wrong food twice in a row, even after I clearly told you what I ordered. If you can’t make the right food for you customer or you can’t read the instructions, you don’t deserve to work at fast food restaurants. Stupid

The manager was extremely rude, yelling at me about paying for a to-go bag, but she didn't ask if I wanted one initially. Throughout the transaction, she seemed very agitated. When I offered to pay for the bag, she angrily refused, saying she couldn't punch it in now.

worst branch ever!My younger brother ordered a Pepsi and the middle aged lady had filled up the whole cup in front of my brother and put the lead, when my brother wanted to pay she was looking at the screen to find out weather he is going to add tip or not and my brother did not tip her for only 1$pepsi and she spilled the cup and added more ice just to make it look full! I would never expected this behavior

On July 4th about 3:30pm I bought a footlong italian and found a hair stuck in the bread. Upon closer look the hair was stuck in the bread meaning it was there prior to baking or during roasting (hair was between the bread and the white paper lining used when putting into oven). Took it back and the the lady working there just went “oh..” and took it behind the counter. Then another old lady comes only handing me $10 when it costed $11.86. She then handed me another $1.80 which only totals to $11.80. Finally after a third time she gives me the correct refund of $11.86. Since technically this still isnt a proper refund since i paid by card I asked if it was possible to lookup past transaction and just void the it. I work in customer service too so I know that usually this is possible. The old lady got mad saying how theyre supposed to find the transaction that its not possible. However I know that if past transactions can be looked up the last digits of the card used and the price can be used to identify which transaction to void.I don’t care about not receiving the exact refund but what annoyed me enough to post a review was the attitude of both workers. Not a single apology, but rather the old lady got mad saying its not their fault or their problem. Wouldn’t have cared too much about this incident had they apologized.

At this subway the staff is always trying to fool you. I ordered chicken bacon wrap , but bacon cost 1 extra dollar. When I asked why, they started pretending that they don’t understand what I asked. On my second visit I ordered Italian BMT. When I paid I noticed that the subtotal was 6.99 but in menu it costs 6.89. No more visit this subway.

nice subway location in the hillcrest mall. reasonably priced. staff are friendly and fill the sandwich with vegetables. usually has a long line and only two people working.

Kinda gross, The staff making my food had dropped a pickle into the sauce area, and after a moment of hesitation, she picked up the pickle and placed it back onto my sandwich.Won't be going back to this one ?
