Workers are overworked. They need more staff. It’s a busy location and they’re running around. I had to wait a while but it’s not their fault. Whoever the manager is needs to staff it better. Workers are great and helpful despite being overworked and too busy.

I placed an order while in the area, a large order.Service was fine, food was so-so. But they double charged me.I have contacted them numerous times with valid proof it's an error, but get no response and no remedial action. My $61 order cost $121 and seems like there's no way to get that back. I can't go to the location because I'm 700km's away from it now. So buyer beware there! Maybe stick to cash instead of debit.

Today is May 31st, 2022 6pm, whoever is the manager/owner here check who this rude liar of an employee is and kindly ask her to not take out her frustrations on your customers as well as when confronted with errors apologize for waisting plz money and time. Horrible customer service. Young Asian Canadian cashier lied twice to me that I would be getting a grilled chicken wrap once while her colleague was making it and I noticed that it looked crispy not grilled and then when I asked her colleague the cashier answered yelling it's grilled and lo and behold when I started eating my hard earned meal if was not grilled but dry and hard crispy. I went inside and asked her why she lied to me she never even looked at me kept ignoring me, so I asked for ketchup for my wedges then shed dropped the packs on the counter never apologized and just hid behind her screen, finally another customer approached. I work hard for my money and felt very disrespected.

Friendly staff. I come here all the time and too many people overeacting and harrasing these minimum wage employees for stupid reasons.
