I did greet the person three times, Hi, hello, hi and she did not respond:)Last I asked her whether she knows how to greet customers and eventually she could say a hello. Her name is Irene. I think, staff needs some very basic training.
Tried the new Birthday cake specialty donut with a medium 2 cream 1 sugar coffee. This has to be one of my favorite donuts now. To be honest, this is the first time trying this one. Too bad these are always for a limited time only. Great with my coffee. Second time at this location and a great cup of coffee. Some other Tim Horton locations are mediocre or lousy. Great staff with beautiful smiles adds to my satisfaction for this location.

Workers are overworked. They need more staff. It’s a busy location and they’re running around. I had to wait a while but it’s not their fault. Whoever the manager is needs to staff it better. Workers are great and helpful despite being overworked and too busy.
