We ordered thru the Mobile app. When we were about to pickup our order, someone already took our order. The manager said they can't do anything about it. We had a copy of the receipt and was able to show it but still they rejected our request. Mobile orders should not be given without the customer showing the order number from their phone for confirmation. We always buy from this branch and indeed this was a very bad experience for us.

On Sunday, February 20th, we visited this location after encountering a long lineup. Despite the crowd, the girl working and, I believe, the management went above and beyond to assist us. Horrible experience! I went to pick up 2 coffees for my coworker and I, and I find the coffee to be extremely hot and I can't carry two coffees at the same time so I asked for two sleeves and a tray, and the employee told me she couldn't give me a tray and two sleeves and if I wanted I could only have two sleeves or a tray! Ridiculous. I've never heard about anything like this at Tim hortons and I used to work there. The staff are rude and give attitude and don't seem to like their jobs and have zero customer service!

I ordered many times, its usually happened many times with me. As today I ordered a small French vanilla after waiting in huge line. After ordering, customer behind me served but I was still waiting for my drink. After 10 mins of waiting, I asked my drink to them, they said Its not ready yet somebody was making. After waiting again, I asked for refund. They denied first. After some argument finally they gave refund. But seriously their staff was highly ill mannered, disrespectful, and not well trained. They do not know how to treat customers. Worse experience ever

There is always line up because they don’t have enough stuff,sometimes we have to stay in the line around 45 minutes and the staff is so road and don’t care about customers.one time they gave me very cold coffee and when I complained they didn’t care to change my coffee,really that location is awful.

Customer service is awful here. Get some nicer people hired and don’t stick to Indians since they are very rude and resist in this branch. Super disappointed. They closed 10 minutes before they should and they saw us in line since 20 minutes before closing time. Didn’t bother to tell us sooner for us not to wait in line for that long. Be better please!
