“Went to the Bistro today with 29 seniors for lunch. The owner offered a select number of choices and the service was fabulous. The fish and chips was very tasty and the fries piping hot. The souvlaki platter and the chicken Caesar wrap with fries was wonderful. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms sparkling and the staff friendly and courteous. Do not let Russell lose this place. Support local”

“We were at the Russell arena for a hockey tournament last weekend and the owners did such a great job keeping up with the rush. Poutine and fries are amazing and I really enjoyed my burger too. Very friendly lady serving us and I am sure she was quite tired by the end of the weekend. I loo forward to our next trip the Russell for another round of poutine”

“I often go to Tims for a coffee and chilli. I must say their chilli has improved. Prior it seemed lacking ingredients. Now it is much thicker. Coffee always hot and prepared as ordered. Staff courteous and friendly.Parking: Handi cap parking spots clearly marked.Signs visible when leaving drive through to watch for pedestrians. Great ideaWheelchair accessibility: Slanted side walk and push buttons to open doors. Plenty of space at counter and wheelchair accessible washroom”

“Really good poutine and Rachelle is super kind & friendly. I have a strict diet to follow (i can’t eat carbs really) and she was super accommodating with a replacement for fries and not judgemental. Definitely going back, love it! ”

“I was looking for somewhere to eat, passed by and thought "this is the place". I ended up going two nights in a row! It felt authentic. Their meals were delicious and the flavours felt like you were eating it exactly how latin food should be. Yuca fries were so good. The Azteca Burrito fed me before and after sports (it was huge). Had the pupusas on my second visit and I WISH we had those in my town. First time I eat churros as they should be served. A MUST if you're in Embrun.”

“We went to the Embrun location yesterday with friends and my gosh. These are delicious burgers! Beats The Works 100% I have to be honest, when we saw another burger joint go up in Embrun we over looked it. But our friends kept talking to us about it and we all went. BEST burgers in town!! Love the creativity and flavours. I don’t even care for burgers usually…but I already have my next burger planned out!”

“Ok, not only does this place cook up some of the the best pizza in Ottawa but it's even better the next day. They have some of the freshest ingredients and the bacon ? prep is 2nd to none. Cooked then shaved in a process that as explained to me, takes over 5 hours. Served up on pizza like no one else does. Not kidding about re-heating, it was just as good if not better the next day. Can't say that about to many other pizzas and why you can order extra here with no worries.Frankly, all food was delightfulAlso, the dips were so choice.As evidence it's so good, I only managed to capture a picture of the empty plate.”

“We went for our son's fifth birthday. This was also our first special occasion out to a restaurant since both my son and I received Celiac diagnosis. I called ahead and asked about cross contamination in the kitchen. The person on the phone was super helpful and honest. She explained that they could not guarantee no cross contamination but if let the server know that we are ordering Gluten Wise due to Celiac disease then the kitchen staff treats it like an allergy and prepare the food very carefully. Our son had been asking to go to a restaurant and have pasta for his birthday for over a week so we decided to try it.The staff was amazing when we got there. Our server walked us through the Gluten Wise menu and explained why some items could not be prepared gf. They even brought out a gluten free cake (that I had provided) and 5 or 6 staff sang a birthday song for our little guy. It was his first time having this experience it was so exciting for him.I purposely waited a few days before writing this review to see if either of us had any reaction. The restaurant did a great job of keeping us safe. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for an amazing experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Wise menu offers some great choices and the staff treats your request seriously if you tell them you have Celiac disease.”

Just glad we have one close by...Edit (01/25/2024):Upon going to this Starbucks a few more times, I do have to say the parking layout is not ideal, you'll know what I'm talking about when you go in the winter and it's a little busier...In the winter and when it gets busy, you sometimes have to wait for cars to exit before going in due to the layout of the parking lot, it just a bit of a tight setup, not the parking stalls (they're pretty generous in this area compared to city parking) but where you enter/exit from is sometimes interesting...”
