“A traditional beach front cafe serving specialty coffees, pastries, soft drinks and ice cream in a historic building. The veranda overlooking the dunes and beach is a wonderful spot to enjoy an ice-cream. A favorite spot of ours.”

“We've been going here for a number of years. The store is right across from the main beach and is a cornerstone of the Sauble food "scene". Yes, it's a cash only business, but we always drive there and have spare change in the car. Always friendly service. Scoops big enough to be a meal! We love the great, ever changing, selection of flavours. Not your grocery store brands, this is REAL ice cream!”

“Went here because the brewery across the street was supposed to be open but was closed to the public due to a private function. We were pleasantly surprised!!! “Understanding the staffing issues concerning the majority of restaurants, we surpassed our tolerance of patience. We ordered the specials of the day, which, after an hour still had not been served. To add insult to injury, the couple seated beside us, who arrived a half hour after us, received their meal, we still did not have ours. Whether it was server error or kitchen error, we will not be returning, no apologies given to us and no retribution, we left after paying for our beverages, at least we were hydrated. It saddens me that a beautiful area such as this has such little care for the patrons which are necessary to keep these businesses afloat.”

“Dropped into Bandit while in Southampton. It’s a large Roadhouse style brewpub. Food in general was OK for a Roadhouse. Onion rings were great. Fries were so so. Service was ok. Beers were ok too. Nothing much remarkable about this place.”
