I went to pick up our order and I thought everything wasn’t there. The person who had taken our order forgot our chicken Casear salad. Then the very nice girl at the counter (not the person who took the order) realized that the other Casear Salad was also missing so got another one. Once home we realized that we were also missing the add on meatballs that were ordered. Good food but when the orders aren’t done right it makes for frustrated customers.
June 22, 2023Brianna took our order over the phone, I called initially at 10:50am to place a large order for our company (7 people). Brianna was impatient over the phone, didn't want to write our names on our orders. She gave me a total and hung up promptly.I called back shortly thereafter to complain about her service and asked what her name was and so she told me but also was very curt over the phone. Nobody is perfect! #Auroras Hillside did, however, nail it so so so so ‘( 4 x so) very close this past Thursday March 13 2024! We decided to go for the large square #Pizza Thin Crust - Well Done - Pepperoni Mushrooms SausageCumble GroundBeef and Onions w GreenPepper on half!It was synchronicity from the idea right from the outset!
