With the closure of Big Boy's Whitby, this was the closest next thing. It was very disappointing, and so far beyond the family recipes that it is practically its own seperate business. The fries are thin, undersalted and soggy; The burger meat is tough; The sandwich construction was sloppy; and the gravy did not taste at all like the Big Boy's gravy. If you're missing Whitby and want a closer taste, take the extra trek to Coburg. Coburg's location has some good blessings from the wonderful staff at the former Whitby location.

There's literally potato bugs in the frier baskets that they cook fries and not so "vegan" burgers in.Vegetarian options: The "beyond burger" is just a frozen store bought that's been fried to reach temperatures able to be put into a grill to get grill marks...Dietary restrictions: Unclean eating/workspace unfit for human consumption for the price of things that aren't kept fresh. (Especially given that mostly everything other than fries and salad are just frozen)Parking: Crappy parking for a crappy burger jointWheelchair accessibility: NOT ACCESSIBLE

Ordered the philly steak poutine and the big boy burger. You get to customize the burger toppings, which is nice. The portion of the poutine was huge and enough to feed a few people. Both the burger and the poutine tasted pretty good, although a little too salty. The servers were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant has a retro/vintage atmosphere, which I like.

Every time I pass by, I pick one up on request from someone - they swear by these burgers. There isn't really an atmosphere here as it is stand and eat against the window (I get the hint, get your burger and be off with ya) LOL.
Ordered a big boy poutine and was quite disappointed considering I have eaten at two other locations that were fantastic for not only good but the service as well. I have never experienced such a poorly put together dish that was cold upon arriving at the pickup time.
