The jollof is amazing, very tasty, the egusi and the pounded yam is extraordinary good, the Pomo was very basic, since you cannot order ponmo from any meat shop here, I thought it was imported from Naija, but it was not, the amala was ok, I can tell this people are not Yoruba, but they tried, overall , highly recommend for their egusi.

Blessinglicious is really a blessing.Their food is in good quality, and fresh when it arrived.I got pounder yum and Egusi which is really my favorite Nigerian food, you can see in my profile that I am a Filipino, yes I am, and I learned and liked Nigerian food because I am friend with the Nigerian community in my Country Philippines.I get ubereats from this restaurant and the price is really cheaper than I thought compared to other restaurants I tried.I'm looking forward to visit this restaurant.

Had a wonderful time here with my friends and family. We tried so many great dishes and were so full by the time we left. The service was incredible which made the entire experience that much more memorable. Will definitely be back! :)

I have been ordering from this restaurant and everything has been fine not until yesterday I ordered pepper soup and rice and rice came in stale like it had been in the fridge for a while which is just distasteful, doesn’t take anything to boil rice rather than selling stale food… I was rather dissapointed

Blessinglicious Restaurant, nestled at 2849 Kingston Rd, Scarborough Toronto, Ontario, near Victoria TTC subway, is a hidden gem for Nigerian cuisine enthusiasts. My husband and I indulged in a delightful feast, from the flavorful puff puff and fish roll starters to the aromatic party jollof with succulent Suya chicken and gizzdodo for the main course. Zobo drink perfectly complemented our meal. I finally satisfied my cravings with the delightful Amala and abula. The portions were generous, prompting us to take the yam fries and sauce home for later. The warm hospitality from the owners added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly welcomed. I rate Blessinglicious Restaurant a perfect 10/10 and can't wait to return for more culinary delights.

The man running the place was very nice but the food wasn’t as good as I hoped. You could tell everything was reheated and put in a to go container. The rice tasted burnt and old and it just wasn’t it. We threw it all out.

The owner was very accommodating. We ordered the sayu Chicken, jollof rice & my kids loved the puff puff.. All of our food came out fresh. I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.

Halal Nigerian food. It was my first time trying Nigerian cuisine. I had the chicken, Jollof Rice and fried plantain. It was clear that chicken was well seasoned and moist. The food had this smoked flavor. I'm not sure if it's the seasoning or how it was prepared. Also the fried plantains were very good. Good portion. I was getting full halfway through the meal. It's a basic sit-in place. Nothing too fancy. There is seating at the tables for groups of two, three or four. The staff was very friendly and hospitable and the owner even came around to check in on how the food was and if we were enjoying it, which I really respected. I would definitely recommend this place to someone trying to check out something new. Credit card accepted. Some Green P street parking available.

I was so exciting to go there as this place is closer to my house . I know about Nigerian cuisine but most great restaurants are located on the West side. I was quickly disappointed!1. OPENING HOURS: The sign said they open at 12.00pm. I arrived at 12.20pm and the lady was cleaning the floor. The setting was clearly NOT ready to receive customers. Chairs were still on the table! When I made my order she asked me to come back in 20-25 min.2. THE FOOD: My order was Yollof rice and suya chix.I had the impression that the rice was the left over from a few days ago from the bottom of the pan. It tasted like burned and (not smoky) and definitely NOT fresh! I could tell that the rice has not be done on the same day.3. CONTACT: When you call the number that they posted online, it directs you to an office number (that does not belong to this place)...so I could not reach them .TERRIBLE CULINARY EXPERIENCEParking: No parking on site.

Ordered a day ahead. Went to pick up at agreed time. They were out of the main item. Substituted. Took far too long. Was about to leave when it was, finally, ready. Had already paid. No offer made to adjust price to take into account the substitute items but I did not want to stay a moment longer. Took the food home, opened the packages and threw the whole $44 worth in the bin. Oil-soaked and inedible. The oil did not taste fresh. A truly awful experience. They should not be in business!

The best smoky Jollof rice I have had so far in this city, with the most amazing Suya chicken which was extremely flavourful. Service was fresh, smooth and just so friendly. The lovely owners shared their experiences in creating these beautiful dishes like how they loved to have them back home. The stories shared made the food taste just as good as it sounded back home. Very glad to have found such a gem in Scarborough and will continue to go again and again and again!!!
