I was going to give 5 stars! Because the service is good and the drinks are good! However, my boyfriend ordered the brown sugar milk foam oolong tea and there was no foam!! And I ordered lychee oolong tea with tapioca, and there is no tapioca! This is very disappointing.I always get Gong Cha so I know this doesn't happen often. Maybe he was busy helping with the yogurt place and forgot.
I usually come to gongcha whenever I’m around the area. I always order Earl Grey + tapioca or Honey Green Tea. Never really failed me, maybe for others it hasn’t been the best experience hence the bad reviews.I hope they are able to get better so the bad reviews don’t always overwhelm the good ones.

Had a matcha boba with tapioca in it, genuinely a quite aesthetic place as its side by side with a froyo station, service was over all really sweet and asked about all my likings and what I'd like in my drink as well. Quick to make the drink as well, although I think it could definitely accommodate more people if they took a fairly bigger portion of their half for the tables around
