I usually go to this location but recently service went down.They Dont Wear Gloves!!!I ordered Pearl Latte Brown Sugar, they put too much milk and it was not sweet at all.The guy who took the order also messed up the sizes of the drinks I ordered.The drink I got did not look like Pearl Latte Brown Sugar.
mediocre drinks and I was so nice to the lady yet she looked annoyed by me every other kung fu tea has had such good service but this one sucks ?? the one in Chinatown and the one at bloor-younge are so much

Although they had given me a replacement drink when they screwed up my order, I had to kinda “fight for it”. I am pretty sure that they misheard what I ordered but instead of just correcting the drink, the one guy in the front gave me some attitude while he makes a new drink.
