Old, worn down restaurant, just ordered dim sum, nothing tastes good, it’s like food stored in some dingy place, curry squid is a bit mushy, spout of tea pot is broken and dirty. Unprofessional service, asked for somethings, they never came. Waiters lack serious basic training and manners.

When I ordered hagao , I found bubble gum inside the steamer container, I call the waitress and she repaced it for us and after the meal, they still ask tips from me, so I refused to give the tips. Very disgusting experence here, NEVER COME HERE , I should call food inspection agent at the time.

Very inconsistent experience. I came here for a second time but compared to the first time the quality dropped by a lot. The food was no where close to how it used to taste like. It’s not horrible but it’s not good either it’s just edible and the price is kinda high considering the quality. Heads up, you gotta pour the teapot well because the teapot spills all over you. The foods look different from the pictures. The sizes are also a lot smaller than the picture. The service was also horrific. The server had a foul attitude when serving us the food. She ignored us when we asked for water and tissues. She dosed our steamed cheung fun in soy sauce till it almost overflowed the plate. The only thing that was actually decent during this experience was the atmosphere. It wasn’t too loud or crowded. But the restaurant itself was quite filthy starting from the murky fish tanks to the dusty lights. Closing statement: If your food and service is such low quality then the hospitality industry doesn’t suit you.

Our waiter was exuberant, he was very busy. At no time were we waiting for him, so we gave him a c note. He said that was too much money for a tip, we told him he deserved it! We will go back. We had a party of 17 and they easily accommodated us. All the people I was with are Guyanese except for myself. The seafood is delicious and fresh. The aquatic tanks are where we picked our seafood from. I am a retired “Commercial Fishing Guide “ we picked the liveliest Dungeon S crab. Don’t pick a dead or listless crab. We weren’t looking for the best priced dishes. We told them we would pick the seafood and they graciously agreed! We ordered chicken feet, calamari’s, one ton,”darn auto correct “, MOLSON cANADIAN and had a party as other tables were sang the birthday song. Finally we could relax.Vegetarian options: Any vegetable you asked for, if they didn’t have it they ran out and got it!Dietary restrictions: No beef or pork!
