Tokyo Bakery is not Japanese, it is a Chinese bakery that is focuses on making chinese style mouse and whipped cream cakes. Nothing to do with Japanese bakeries at all, so keep that in mind coming to pick up treats. Due to their niche, most of their cakes are light, airy and not too sweet. No heavy flavors here. Ordered strawberry shortcake for christmas dinner and all of my family loved it, especially my little brother. We do not like too sweet cake but the cake from tokyo bakery was perfect sweetness to us (it was the same sweet level as the korean bakery I used to go)Great price and great cake! Definitely coming back for future events.

Hands down the best egg tarts we've ever had - flaky, warm, just the right sweetness! Bought buns and pastries for a large family reunion and Tokyo Bakery did not disappoint. Great quality, soft, high quality buns, and the egg tarts were highly sought after. Owners are friendly, helpful - lovely to do business with. Highly recommend! No photos - everything was gone too quickly!
