I have visited silver spoon take out many times in Saturday and Sundays, very long line to order my food, customer service very slow and very poor. Staffs don't care about long line up customers are waiting, still working very slow, The food quality and taste good, price is same as other places.
Today mine experience was really bad. There was a long que and it was moving very slow as the staff was mainly busy in full filing the big orders for Iftar parties . Hardly anyone was thinking of the people who are lineup for the food on the top when our turn came and I told the server I want 3 Chicken Biryani she said chicken Biryani is finished and they have other Biryani like lamb ,Sindhi and pulao .
