To the manager of this location. The young lady working 04052024 (today) at 9.50am is killing your business. She handed me the tip option for 2 coffees and I asked her to hit the no tip option. She smirked and I told her the last time she handed me the tip option she gave me one hot and one lukewarm / cold coffee. She ignored me . I Said did you hear me and she said I don't care , don't tip then. If trained she would have said my apologies. I said I won't tip you ever and she said good. Junk waste of space employees like this are the reason the starbucks tipping system is junk and you as a useless manager need to consider quitting as you obviously don't train your staff.Starbucks Corporate, stop this rip off tip scam when the service provided is poor !!!!

I always go to the drive thru and staff service is amazing except on march 29th. There’s this girl with braces . She had the headphones on and talking and giggling while giving service. I ordered 2 grande americano , 1 with milk. Its was nice of her to put sleeves on. But when i asked which one with milk coz i wanted to transfer it to my cup. She replied “ read the label “ and continued to talk and giggle. During this interaction there were no customers in the drive thru.This girl has to learn customer service etiquette .

Worst visit I’ve had at any Starbucks location. It took several minutes to get the attention of staff who were not serving anyone at either the drive-through or in-store as my mother and I were the only person in line.The two girls were too busy talking amongst themselves and making jokes that they were too preoccupied to do their jobs. The asian girl, with a piercing on her left ear in particular. What was worse than once my order was prepared, I noticed that for my order, she only added 1 scoop of Matcha Powder instead of the 4 that is required for the recipe. And even for my mother’s order which had a specific amount of Espresso Shots requested— they halved the amount and added way too much milk than requested.I didn’t even bother asking for them to fix it then because very clearly that she was too bothered to be of service with her attitude. Apparently being a customer waiting in line to be served is too much an inconvenience for your employees. Do better.

I placed a mobile order, and upon arrival, found it ready for pickup. Without notifying at the ordering kiosk, I pulled up to the window, only to be greeted with unwelcoming behavior. The barista rudely advised me that next time, I should stop at the ordering kiosk and announce myself. While this is correct protocol, there was no one ahead of me, and my order was ready. The manner in which customers are addressed should be consistent, and my experience at this location fell short of expectations.

I just visited this location to order small hot chocolate. The cashier was talking with her may be boyfriend. I waited for some time then I request her to take my order and continue her talk but she totally ignored me twice and kept me wanting for long time.
