Thank you for another positive experience. I had accumulated enough stars to redeem for Starbucks merchandise, but it was unavailable at this location. The staff checked the shelves and inventory, but could not find the item. I was offered a similar tumbler of my choice instead - even though it was a different price among an expansive selection - and I wanted to share my gratitude with a positive review. I love this location best staff of all time, everyone is awesome. I never will forget I was really having a bad day and the manger asked me if there was anything I could do to make my day better and I said free food just as a joke.. and he gave me a cheese crosaunt never had one before he had it warmed up for me. And just like that I got hooked on that for a long time. I come to Starbucks for the quality of people which is lacking at a lot of places lately.
