We ordered the chicken and ribs family meal for the 4 of us. Everything was delicious. The rib portion was very small though. Only 1 or 2 ribs person. Otherwise it was a very good meal.

I've been a satisfied, regular Swiss Chalet customer for decades. All of my dining, take out and delivery experiences have been largely positive, especially at this location. When on the rare occasion something wasn't right, I'd let them know and Swiss Chalet would always make it right which I greatly appreciate.We had a very disappointing dine-in experience at this location on Tuesday February 27th between 6-7 p.m. The restaurant was not busy (three or four tables being served, total of 10 people at most) for our entire stay.We were shown to our seats at the window (beside the server's station) by a very unfriendly server. We had a bad feeling about that and should have left to do take out instead but we decided to give her a chance so we stayed. Things did not improve from there. The same inattentive, indifferent server seemed in a bad mood or at the very least, completely uninterested in serving us. She hardly spoke a word and was out of sight for most of our meal. Strange, since she appeared quite attentive and interactive with another table of presumably regular dine-in customers nearby. While we were ordering, she said "no, but do you still wanna have it?" to our request for a free appetizer as CAA members (had card ready before ordering and bill was going to be over $50). After ordering ("Two Can Dine Tuesdays" promo which we pointed out in the menu), we waited a long time and had to ask before drinks were served (just before the food arrived). She started to clear the table twice (appetizers and while one of us was finishing our meal) before we were finished without asking or looking at us. No finger bowls after the meal (saw her bring them to other tables). No itemized bill (so we didn't know exactly what we were paying for each item plus tax), she just put the card machine on our table and walked away into the kitchen, ignoring us as we called after her to please come back as we had cash and needed a receipt (people at tables nearby heard us). Never saw her after that. From the total on the card machine we noticed she charged us full price for the meal even though it was "Two Can Dine Tuesday". We had had enough so we put some cash and a gift card down and left.Very disappointing and unacceptable service.The food was good as always, however, the dark meat of one of our entrees was so incredibly small, we split the other white meat entree.Will think twice before dining in at that location again...and if we do, we will walk out on arrival if we see that server there.We will most definitely continue with delivery and takeout from now on, though, because we love Swiss Chalet food.

My husband just picked up 2 quarter chicken dinners. French fries were overdone and hard. Chicken was sitting in grease and not cooked. Still pink and slimy inside. Ordered garden salad and got no dressing. Got sour cream for what we don't know. This is not our first complaint. We have spoken to the manager for this same issue on numerous occasions. We are not paying for food to throw out which is what we had to do. Tired of complaining and driving back to Swiss Chalet with uncooked food or wrong order and missing item. We have been loyal customer's for years but are now fed up.

First off - I ate at Harvey's, which is under the same roof and management.Though a bit more expensive than other outlets, the grilled chicken I ordered was made fresh, dressed as per my requests and served hot. The service is absolutely personal and fantastic. Kudos to the only lady at the counter who wore multiple hats (cashier, food prep, service and cleaning tables) who kept no customer unattended and waiting. She constantly spoke to all customers and ensured they didn't feel the wait was overwhelming.Absolutely enjoyed the visit.

Our server came and took our order and never really came back at all until the end when we were ready to pay.. They were very busy and they had only two servers working. The manager had come and checked on us a couple times and made sure we were okay. they should have had another server on to take some of the tables so that they would have given better service.

Typical Swiss Chalet location with a combination Harvey's.Food is as you would expect from any Swiss Chalet location. Most chicken and good option for sides.Decor is nice clean and seem well maintained.Only down side is they have no problem with homeless people sleeping in seating area. Was there and homeless man arrived shortly after we did, ordered a small meal, ate and promptly lied down and went to sleep. After about half an hour the Manager told him he had to leave because they were closing. Call the homeless man by name, so I'm pretty sure he's "a regular."

I Recently ordered Thanksgiving Feast Family Pack. It was really good (especially C. Cream Pie) and the value was great considering the extra goodies like cranberry sauce, Stuffing, Pie slice, Lindt Chocolate Truffle times 4 servings as an addition to a regular Family Pack making it quite a lot of food for a few bucks more than the usual price for the family pack dinner for 4.With this Knowledge I will definitely be grabbing the next seasonal feast(probably Xmas) deal when the time comes ,,,,,Parking: Well lite and maintained in winter
