I've been a satisfied, regular Swiss Chalet customer for decades. All of my dining, take out and delivery experiences have been largely positive, especially at this location. First off - I ate at Harvey's, which is under the same roof and management.Though a bit more expensive than other outlets, the grilled chicken I ordered was made fresh, dressed as per my requests and served hot. The service is absolutely personal and fantastic. Kudos to the only lady at the counter who wore multiple hats (cashier, food prep, service and cleaning tables) who kept no customer unattended and waiting. We ordered the chicken and ribs family meal for the 4 of us. Everything was delicious. The rib portion was very small though. Only 1 or 2 ribs person. Otherwise it was a very good meal.
