Very poor service i went to drive through at 6:15 am a staff told me to hurry cus I was looking for my credit card she told me there's customers waiting i turn around i see one car. I complain to a manager he did not even apologize for his staff poor behavior. Theres always lines inside i see staffs standing around doing nothing. Staffs are not friendly. I think its new management and new staffs. i prefer the old staffs. I don't go to this tims as much as I used to.
Rude customer service. Requested my bagel to be cut in half. Associate refused, and said it was against the policy. What policy states that bagels, sandwiches etc can’t be cut in half? Do better, Tim Hortons ?

When the lady handed me the coffee at the drive-thru window, she was like: slide the window open, move her hand forward a little big with the coffee in hand, head turned around speaking with someone else, wait for me to reach out.... out... and get the coffee. No eye touching, no words. Experience like such is not rare at this site.
