Today the service was excellent. The young lady at the counter greeted me with a smile and a hello. We also exchanged "how are you" before I placed the order. A good start to the day - all due to this young lady.
Disgusting restrooms with fecal matter ON THE SEAT. WEIRD SPLATTER OF FLUIDS ON THE GROUND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. STUCK DRAIN THAT TAKES FOREVER TO GO DOWN. The dining seats are put away at 4 pm and seniors had to pull them down by themselves.

Used to be an alright establishment but the service in the last year has steadily declined. Mistakes are made more often than not, the customer service is non existent. And that's if you can even make it in through the piles of school children who flock to the parking lot - swarmed by unruly teens anytime the nearby school is on break, teeming with physical altercations. My morning routine used to include this stop, now I avoid it if possible.
