Today i went to drive thru the experience was very good. Nice guy working at window helped me with my tims reward app. Food was somewhat okay as bagel was not double toasted but the service he provided compansated for that as he replaced that.
Ended up using the drive thru as nobody seemed to be serving the front counter, despite there being 7 or 8 people working there.Wheelchair accessibility: One accessible spot out front, with slight incline to access path to front of store.

Good quiet place. Staff friendly and coffee always fresh. However the was rooms were very dirty and so was the seating area. I don't understand how people can just trow tissues everywhere. It is the Managers responsibility to go check the washrooms and the seating areas If they are clean or not. I have been going to this place since the 90's never been so dirty. Still the same dirty as ever.
