Incompetent. Everytime I take the drive through at this location it's always a terrible time. The person taking the order rushes me and tells me to go to the window before I'm finished my order multiple times and when I do get my order it's almost always wrong. Be very careful ordering something that is similar to another item on their menu because they'll make whatever they want and say "oh, well we billed you for the other item so that's what you're getting". I'd never recommend this Tim Hortons to someone.

I love every TH! This amazing and charming place that tells me: "welcome to Canada", so I was surprised when I saw the service which was unpleasant. Basecally the atmosphere there among the employees were in a big tension and many customers saw it and commented. The manager was angry and all the employees were in stress. So the service run in not nice atmosphere. I appreciate all the work of everyone. So my suggestion is whatever happens in every place stay nice for everyone who makes service for you. This way we can help all the employed person in their work. Thank you!Anyway, the TH at Kingston in Scarborough is an amazing place.

This used to be a good Tim Hortons. Must be under new management and staff. Ordered two coffees with a small amount of cream. Got dish water with sweetener added. Not only that they asked me to pull into a parking spot and wait. I said no of course. All the while some guy inside yelling at the workers to hurry up. A Timmie's is only as good as its manager . Total waste of time and money going there. Will never return to this dump.

last week (28th or 29th march) I was there with a couple of clients for breakfast (BIG MISTAKE). OMG I thought I was in the slums of a 3rd world country! Place was filthy ! Staff was horrible with full of attitudes! Ordered 3 chicken wraps. When picking up the food, noticed there were no napkins. When I asked for napkins, this annoying man with a heavy accent who also took our order in the front; gave us exactly 3 napkins! We all looked at each other's faces and when we asked for more, this annoying man started giving us a lecture as to how the head office of Tim Hortons is WARNED by the Fed Govt; to be GREEN FRIENDLY AND SAVE TREES and because of that, not only TH is NOT giving napkins, but also encouraging patrons to bring their own napkins and cups! I think the H/O office of TH should shut down this location! So rude, horrible service and place is filthy!

I never care to review eating establishments, but this one has such a bad quality of service that it is unbelievable. I've lived in the area for over 15 years, and this is the nearest location; it's never been as awful as it has in the last 3-4 years. They are unable to take orders correctly, unable to make orders correctly, and when corrected, they show attitude. As well as the fact that they always seem to be out of staple items on the menu, how are you out of tea and coffee at TIM HORTONS??? Another example: when I purchased a breakfast sandwich at the drive-through, they asked me what bread and toppings I wanted (which was unusual given that it was pre-made, but whatever). When I opened the breakfast sandwich, I quite literally received an English muffin with nothing inside... simply a slice of bread... It is very disappointing that management does not look and review what is going on.
