I love every TH! This amazing and charming place that tells me: "welcome to Canada", so I was surprised when I saw the service which was unpleasant. Basecally the atmosphere there among the employees were in a big tension and many customers saw it and commented. The manager was angry and all the employees were in stress. This used to be a good Tim Hortons. Must be under new management and staff. Ordered two coffees with a small amount of cream. Got dish water with sweetener added. Not only that they asked me to pull into a parking spot and wait. I said no of course. All the while some guy inside yelling at the workers to hurry up. A Timmie's is only as good as its manager . Total waste of time and money going there. Will never return to this dump.

Incompetent. Everytime I take the drive through at this location it's always a terrible time. The person taking the order rushes me and tells me to go to the window before I'm finished my order multiple times and when I do get my order it's almost always wrong. Be very careful ordering something that is similar to another item on their menu because they'll make whatever they want and say "oh, well we billed you for the other item so that's what you're getting".
