Although coffee is good the drive thru staff need to pay closer attention to customers orders. I only ordered 2 coffees. 2cream and double double easy right?Apparently not after 3 tries and talking as if speaking to a toddler did she finally get it right.
I am here every morning at 5 am. In fact I am here now awaiting my friend who is also a regular. The staff here has treated me like gold since I began coming here about ten years ago. I mean they have gone above and beyond by remembering my order, suggesting that I had forgotten something (i had) and the manager has even allowed me to pay the next day when she saw my distress at forgetting my debit card. This location is a hit or miss. The food is good, however the service is awful. They have terrible customer service skills and are unable to follow simple requests.
