Scanner for app doesn't work at the pick up window. They tell you to scan at the order menu, the screen says "card scanned", but then you get to the window and it hasn't scanned. They haven't got a new scanner for months now and in the meantime customers miss out on points and can't use scan and pay. Also the weekend staff are horrible. This location is genuinely difficult to assess accurately. It has huge waves in terms of quality. The staff are largely friendly and helpful. But the level of attention being taken can be poor depending on the staff, it seems. On 3 different occasions, I had to return the same item since it was missing the same critical ingredient. This is the type of issue that needs to be resolved through better training and management assistance.

I go regularly thru the drive thru in the mornings and find the staff very, very pleasant which helps to make my day!!!I have also sat inside and find it lovely and bright and usually quite clean.It's a very busy one but service is usually quite quick and there seems to be regular staff on which helps.
