Terrible customer service. The lady is immensely rude. Doesn’t know how to talk to their guests. She is always ready to argue and fight. Ruined my morning.This location’s staff is just filled with arrogance, they don’t even listen to your order and then blame you for making wrong orders. I won’t even give this restaurant 1 star…. I just have to give to write this review.Don’t go there if you don’t want to ruin your whole mood.

The gas station is a one-stop store.- Gas- Air Pumps for tires- Wheelchairs accessible-Tim Hortons drive-through orwalk-ins,-Clean washrooms well kept-Sell of M & M foods there is aMicrowave or take so youDon't need to stop at thegrocery store on the wayhome.☆ You won't be disappointed and the staff at Tim Hortons and the Gas Station Attendants are very friendly.

The lady over the counter as not polite …. Was rushing to push off
I bought a bagel and hot chocolate earlier this morning at this location. First, I ordered a small hot chocolate, she listed medium. I didn't make a fuss. I picked up my order at the window and left. When I picked up the cup from my cup holder about 3 minutes later, it all landed on my leg, my coat, scarf and all over my car interior driver's seat, on my face and in my cup holder, and as the cup was not closed securely. This ruined my day, I had to go directly to a shop to have my car cleaned up and rid of stickiness. Unfortunately, they could not remove the seat so did the best the could.Workers should be more careful when giving hot item to clients. I should also be compensated for the cost of cleaning everything. I'm disappointed.

Today, I got the wrong order. I ordered the smoky bacon english muffin, and I got the wrap. There was no honey or bacon in the English muffin. They didn't even call our number on the receipt. Poor customer service. The food didn't taste good and it had no flavor. Bad tasting food. Bread tasted plain and stale and they putted all the orders in 2 bags separately.

Morning weekdays unless manager lady is not there it’s super slow .Weekend super very slow , right now I am in line waiting while filling in this review . That tells you how long is the wait .Anyway , general manager needs to look into this cause it’s all the time .One guest on the line already telling the staff to open the 2nd register ..manager need to come in the weekend and check ..
