I bought a bagel and hot chocolate earlier this morning at this location. First, I ordered a small hot chocolate, she listed medium. I didn't make a fuss. I picked up my order at the window and left. When I picked up the cup from my cup holder about 3 minutes later, it all landed on my leg, my coat, scarf and all over my car interior driver's seat, on my face and in my cup holder, and as the cup was not closed securely.
