My recent visit to Tim Hortons( 24th Feb, around 11:50am) was marred by an unfortunate encounter with a staff member. While placing my order, I was met with unnecessary disrespect from an unnamed employee( he was a guy) As I was showing my friend some receipts, the staff member abruptly snatched one from my hand, insinuating that I was attempting to steal it. Horrible service! The ladies that work there are not friendly and when you ask for napkins they roll their eyes! There always chatting and not professional. I would never recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone!
