The place is nice and clean, friendly staff to talk about the different types of spicy curry there is, music just relaxing to hear. Had two different Chicken Curries and loved them in my two visits. Garlic Naan is great to dip in the sauce for eating the curry. Refreshing beverages to have you can’t go wrong. Would love to try the spiciest Curry at the Niagara Falls location one day. For me I rate 10 out of 10. 😃 👍🏻”

“Run! Don’t walk to this place!! We ordered a Med Party tray, Hamashi Sashimi, seaweed salad, Nigiri Tobiko. The pictures speak for themselves, super fresh, large cuts, bursting with flavour! We’ve also previously ordered Poke bowls both Tuna and Salmon and were blown away how fresh, flavourful and filling the portions are. What a fabulous addition to the St Catharine’s/Lincoln food scene!! Oh, and the folks running the show are kind, appreciative, highly skilled and professional. I’ve finally found my local Sushi fix after 4 years of searching 🙏”

I experienced the Black and Blue pasta. Simply delectable. Last night we returned for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. This time I could not resist the Steak Gorgonzola. So incredibly decadent, so delicious. My wife had the Penne Alfredo with Lobster and Crab. Also a beautifully presented dish that was delicious. The Caesar salad is definitely worth the upgrade too. Cozy and warm dining experience with a great staff. We are looking forward to coming back soon. There’s just too many delicious options on that menu. See you soon!”

Scott individually wrapped an assortment of tarts including Skor, Turtles, Raisonette, etc. We used them as favours at each table setting and the rest were left on a tray by the door. There were none left! Guests are still raving about the most delicious butter tarts they ever had!! A big hit at the wedding! Thanks so much Scott! Will definitely be ordering from you again!”

Staff have always been very friendly, food has always been very fresh and correct. Definitely go for drive thru if you can, the dining room is always chaotic. But as far as McDonald’s goes, this is probably the best one in Niagara and I wanted to give the staff a shout out for that 🙂”

Kitchen area much larger but hasn't helped with the speed of processing orders. So many errors on orders.

“This was our 1st visit to the de la terre bakery location. We have been huge fans of their sourdough bread for many years because it is delivered to a few businesses near our house. It’s a dangerous place to visit. Everything is too good. We bought a few loaves of the Honey Butter Sourdough which is one of the best loaves of bread I’ve ever had. We also tried a Croissant dough cinnamon roll. It has a similar flavour and taste as a Kouign Amann French pastry. I don’t have any pics because everything was eaten too quickly.”

I had asked for it to be made very mild — they really did their best, but it was still a bit too spicy for me, even though the flavors were absolutely delicious. What truly stood out was their kindness; even though they were just about to close, they happily offered to replace it with another dish.

“The Lazy Lizard was hopping last night- we enjoyed delicious food (the broasted chicken is my absolute favourite!) Service started out as a 2/10 from 3 servers, when we were seated I asked for a drink menu and was told they didn’t have one (when we were there 2 weeks ago and our server provided us with one). My fiancé spotted our server from 2 weeks ago (Andy) and went over and asked her for a drink menu; in which she reached above her head and gave him one. The server (our original server that started with us tonight) that told me they didn’t have a drink menu never looked in our direction for the rest of the night. She continued to deal with tables around us, but ignored us, and continued to talk with the other servers working & spent 10 minutes standing at a table talking to what we presumed to be friends. Not only was Andy serving the patio, she was also taking care of us and multiple other tables inside. She got our food order, drink orders etc. I went as far as to ask her if they split tips or keep them, and disappointingly she said they split them. We would have tipped Andy heavily if she was alone/getting the tip herself, but was modest in tipping because the 3 other servers would have got it as well. Andy is attentive, friendly, and a 10/10. She really cares about the service you receive!”

So easy to work with, incredibly organized, and always quick to answer questions or put our minds at ease. She made the whole planning process seamless.
The food was a huge highlight of the night. We had a mix of apps (buffet style), mains with table service (perfectly cooked steak, salmon, and vegan options), and late-night snacks (sliders, pizza, and more). The kitchen did an outstanding job, and front of house delivered amazing service. Every single guest commented on how delicious everything was, the quality and speed of service were top-notch. For a brewery with a casual vibe, the menu exceeded expectations and truly elevated the evening.
Of course, the beer was fantastic, and the seltzers were a big hit with our crowd too.
On top of that, the Cold Break team handled setup and cleanup beautifully, which gave us more time to actually enjoy our big day instead of worrying about details.

I did a quick google image of the product you use, it looks like this model: “22 27 Touch Screen Self-service Kiosk Payment Terminal Self Ordering Kiosk Fast Food Self” that I’m assuming you got on Alibaba. The owners manual is available as a free .pdf to download.
Send the instructions to your manager(s) and lower the beep volume. It’s unnecessarily loud, it annoys your staff, it affects mall guests and even the store next to yours complained to me about it. Small things like this can make you unliked by other businesses and leas to customers like me being like “the bubble tea was great but while I waited for my order I almost went deaf…”
Not a pleasant way to sip my Peach Green tea with extra boba.
Anyway, thanks your lovely staff, they made up for the intolerable noise pollution.

“Went here with a Senior Citizen trip of about 46 people in June. Wondering what to expect being a restaurant attached to a motel and a bowling alley! We got there a little early but did call ahead. The mgr lept to the challenge and got things ready for us. The Wait staff was EXCELLENT. It was a buffet with simple entrees, salad, rolls. Serve your own coffee, tea. We did not hear the bowling alley. The rest. is well decorated, clean, nice furniture. The meat loaf could have been more well done. Dessert was a huge board of assorted greats!
