We’ve also previously ordered Poke bowls both Tuna and Salmon and were blown away how fresh, flavourful and filling the portions are. What a fabulous addition to the St Catharine’s/Lincoln food scene!! Oh, and the folks running the show are kind, appreciative, highly skilled and professional. I’ve finally found my local Sushi fix after 4 years of searching 🙏”

“I have been to Inchins twice in the St. Catharines location and I just love it. The place is nice and clean, friendly staff to talk about the different types of spicy curry there is, music just relaxing to hear. Had two different Chicken Curries and loved them in my two visits. Garlic Naan is great to dip in the sauce for eating the curry. Refreshing beverages to have you can’t go wrong. Would love to try the spiciest Curry at the Niagara Falls location one day. For me I rate 10 out of 10. 😃 👍🏻”

“The food was surprisingly good. We purchased the fish in chili broth, beef noodle soup, veggie fried rice and egg plant garlic sauce. The fish was full of flavor but could have used more veggies. The eggplant was cut on the thicker side and was soft and sauce was flavorful. The fried rice was your typical take out. And the beef noodle soup, the beef was very flavorful and the broth was good but the noodles were overcooked.

The restaurant itself was older and a bit run down. We were the only party having dinner at the time.”

“This is by far the best Swiss Chalet I’ve been to. Our server, Kate, was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was very good. My only negative is that there was too much grenadine in the Shirley Temple and I don’t recommend getting it.

Some in my party noted that the portion sizes seem smaller than in the past, but sadly shrinkflation seems to be everywhere these days. The portions were still enough for a very full lunch meal.”

“Fantastic place to enjoy a delicious meal. Cafe Amore has now risen to the top of my list of favourite restaurants. The first time I was there it was a summer dinner outside. I experienced the Black and Blue pasta. Simply delectable. Last night we returned for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. This time I could not resist the Steak Gorgonzola. So incredibly decadent, so delicious. My wife had the Penne Alfredo with Lobster and Crab. Also a beautifully presented dish that was delicious. The Caesar salad is definitely worth the upgrade too. Cozy and warm dining experience with a great staff. We are looking forward to coming back soon. There’s just too many delicious options on that menu. See you soon!”

Scott individually wrapped an assortment of tarts including Skor, Turtles, Raisonette, etc. We used them as favours at each table setting and the rest were left on a tray by the door. But I saw this place from an influencer who did a series of videos on this place trying to become a "Regular" at the restaurant. Julia and TJ are the owners and the chefs and the servers in the small rustic beautiful place. And they are genuinely lovely, beautiful people with great auras all around. They went thru a tough time during and after covid. People like these should never have rough times. So go support them and get the Cutlet on a Kaiser with the Po-Do grape drink and show them some love!! <3”

“I have been wanting to try for years but life gets in the way lol, so happy and fulfilled that I finally got to dine here!! From what I gathered (from following their page), they change their menu from time to time (unsure of how often and when) and they print it with a cover that often features something artistic, a really nice touch.

The place feels like a speakeasy, when I got in there's a curtain that opens up to this dimly lit dining area with a bar area as well (but ample lighting I assure you). I mentioned that they change menus and that these menus featured art right? You would see a collection of the past ones framed and hanging on the walls which is a really great presentation of how established and dynamic this place is. When we went there's no wait to be seated but things got a bit busy where they had to start a wait list but things flowed nicely so I don't think the wait time was that long.

When we got seated we were explained how the menu worked as they were featuring this Monopoly themed drink menu where you can choose a drink or roll a dice and leave it up to fate to choose for you! But since I had a lot to do after dinner I opted for a mocktail which is pictured here (I am ashamed I can't remember the exact name - sour peach something?).

Moving on to the food, we got mini KFC, steak tataki, and kimchi chahan - favorite of the night STEAK TATAKI! I cannot stop gushing about that dish to everyone I can think of that would appreciate the flavor bomb of that chutney, it was absolute heaven in my mouth and the sear on the steak was perfect!!! The kimchi chahan comes second for me, it had this cripsy brussel sprout topping which had this seasoning on it that made it extra special, my partner loved it so much that he didn't want to mix it in and just eat it as it is but of course I wanted to experience a whole bite of the dish so I just set aside some pieces for him to munch on while we mix the bowl - as you can on the picture it was already mixed, our excitement made me forget to even take a photo of the dish untouched haha! The flavors melded so well for me, it tasted like comfort. For the mini KFC, the sizes of each bite were perfect that you would get all the flavor the chef is wanting you to experience per bite!

Overall, I would come back to this place to try all their other dishes. It was truly worthwhile! And I am excited to get my taste buds satisfied again!”

We enjoyed 1) the gobbler: a vegan spin on a thanksgiving sandwich with gravy for dipping and 2) the halloumi hot honey sandwich: a vegan hot grilled halloumi cheese with pesto and tofu bacon jam with greens. We would pass on the cookies in the future as we prefer soft cookies and there crispy but that's more of a preference as the flavour was also great. All around a fantastic place.”

We tried two smoothies, Malibu Beach and Cherry Garcia. These were alright, but we found Malibu Beach to be a bit tart. However, their salad bowls are amazing! I especially love the build your own bowl option! The chicken was juicy and flavourful, and all of the veggies were fresh and crisp too! Don't skip the dressing here, all are homemade! The lemon garlic dressing was divine, and it is also gluten free!

Unfortunately they don't have any sit down space here, but is still a great takeout option!”

“Graduated Brock with a Masters in 2024, but I still love to go back and get Nobu's Noodles. My favourite is the curry beef on rice, served up by the owners. It is comforting and addictive. Seating in the International Building is bright and comfortable, although it could be a little quieter; I keep thinking I should try the ramen but I am hooked on the curry.”

“I am a delivery driver and I got treated terribly there this morning by the staff, All because I wanted to order a coffee for myself which I've done hundreds of times in there while delivering their product as a dekivery driver on shift...the supervisor intervand she was rude to me, Told me I'm terrible at my job, She escalated the problem and made it worse which delayed the delivery for the customer, she did nothing to resolve the issue, instead she told me im not welcome back In the store, so she is costing the store business and taking money out of my pocket. Much better service at the other McDonald's in the city who appreciate the drivers who deliver their product. Terrible experience”
