I ordered here and the boba was completely hard in the centre. I decided to bring it back and was told “oh wow nobody has said that before” when I told the worker about the boba. She offered to remake the drink but I would have to wait for a new batch of the boba so yea no thanks. I asked for a refund and they attempted twice to refund me and both times did not work. She tried contacting the owner and was telling me the owner isn’t responding right now, get the coco app (why?), come back when owner is there… this place is unable to do refunds and doesnt accept cash. If your drink is bad you’ll have to just accept it. I’ve had zero issues with this place until there was new staff hired and was served by them. Would not recommend. Better places right down street who can offer refunds if need be

I went to this location last Monday at lunch time. Not welcoming staff made I wait and look at him washing something without saying anything. He didn’t even look at my eyes when handling the drink, no thank you or anything. I used to have good experiences here but no more.

One Chinese lady was quite impolite. I tried to buy pearls because I thought the bubble tea had them. She said she couldn't sell them to me unless I had a container or cup, so I gave her a cup and got the pearls. However, she mentioned it was the last time and that it wouldn't be allowed in the future. I am Chinese, so this is not a racist comment.

mmmmm very delicious drinks i love it. no more starbucks or timmies that support geno side. cocos is my favorite. i love their jasmine tea so much i think about it all day and night. and the staff here are also very friendly and kind. i always get exceptional service.
People are nice and bubbletea drinks are great. However, yesterday I ordered a Taro with Milk drink and asked for no sugar. I know the person put sugar in it as it was sweeter than normal and I had sugar chunks in the drink. I never had a problem before as the people there already know me at the st.catharines location.
