We drove in and the Open sign was on, people inside & on patio. This was close to closing time (but not after), I understand, but it was frustrating on one of the first warm evenings to be stonewalled/ignored. No one had the decency to come on the mic and say, I'm sorry, we are closed. As a business owner, I would be troubled if my staff behaved like this on a warm, ice cream worthy Sat night.We have been back since then and the dairy-free Dilly bars are devine.
Stopped by on our way past for drinks, tried the new sunrise slushy & didn't like it, staff was super professional and understanding and offered to replace it with a different flavour.

This has been my main dq since I've lived in st catahrines and I've been here for over 14 years. They never disappoint in my opinion on every occasion I've been there. From the chilli cheesedogs and all types of blizzards. Even when you get a ridiculous blizzard with tons of fillings. Writing this is literally making me crave some dq????.
